1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Flota Ime platform — including our website, web applications, and mobile application — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Flota Ime is a multitenant SaaS platform that provides fleet management and car rental tools to businesses ("tenants") and their end users. Features include vehicle tracking, rental booking, availability management, and reporting.
3. Accounts and Access
Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
Organizational accounts
If you are using Flota Ime on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.
Account security
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform
- Use the platform in a way that could damage, overload, or impair its operation
5. Tenant Data
Data you upload to Flota Ime (vehicle records, driver information, contracts, etc.) remains your property. We process it solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any data you submit.
6. Availability and Uptime
We aim to provide reliable access to the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from temporary downtime.
7. Fees and Payment
Certain features or plans may require a subscription fee. Pricing is displayed on the platform. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a pricing change constitutes acceptance.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, design, trademarks, and content on the Flota Ime platform are the intellectual property of Flota Ime and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flota Ime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Albania.
